Please call your local Red Cross or American Heart Association, or refer to our resources page for a link. They offer classes in safety education and some are free of charge. You can always call your local First Aid/EMS squad affiliated with your fire department and ask if any of their certified "teaching" instructors are willing to teach you CPR and Choking Maneuver education on how to sustain a life until help arrives in your home.
